HOW MEMBERSHIPS WORK

BILLING

We automatically bill your card each month recurring on the day of your sign-up. You can book an appointment anytime (online or by phone) and your discounts/credits will be automatically applied when you check out after your service.

MINIMUM COMMITMENT

Membership requires a 3 month commitment so guests can experience the benefit of regular self-care services. If you cancel during this period, you would still need to pay the full 3 months of membership. After that, membership is month-to-month and can be ended at any time with 30 days notice.

CREDIT ROLLOVER / TRANSFER

All accumulated benefits expire 30 days after billing. Upon cancellation of a membership, any remaining benefits will expire after 30 days. Member discounts do not apply after cancellation. Credits are non transferable.

FREEZING

Life is unpredictable – guests may freeze their membership account for up to 2 months once per calendar year.

GRATUITY

Gratuities may be automatically added to your membership bill each month (and will be allocated to your service provider at the time of your service) OR may be paid for at each service separately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to protect availability for all members and guests, appointments cancelled within our 24-hour window, or missed without notice, will result in the deduction of a membership credit, or a $50 fee for Unlimited Members. This helps ensure our service providers’ time is respected and supported, while maintaining a seamless experience and consistent availability across the space.
